Chicken or Egg?

So, what do you do first, do you go on the market, or do you find your next home? It is a question that comes up over and over you would not want to be under pressure to get out of your home because you sold it more quickly than planned, and then if you do it the other way, and you find something first, and you have not sold, then you won’t be taken seriously, and it can all be quite frustrating!

In my humble opinion, I would opt for the sell first, find later, option.

What is more important, keeping you happy or keeping your buyer happy? It is important that you find your dream home but even more important that you can actually go ahead, so you need to be up and running and under offer before you can go out shopping.

I say, go on the market first!
