How long does it take to buy a home?Selling and buying property can be a strange thing. It’s the most expensive thing most people will ever buy yet they can make their minds up in a few minutes!
Speaking from experience and from all the viewings that I accompany, I know for sure, that you can walk into a place and know instantly whether it’s the home for you. I can honestly say, I have spent more time and practically hours staring at a paint chart choosing the new colour for the lounge, then time spent choosing the actual home!
And tis the same for the viewings I accompany, people, especially, woman know in a heartbeat what's best for them. Long may this unusual phenomenon continue.
It's got to be the easiest part of a normally complicated business.
